Here is a very beautiful blend composed of Malbec and Bonarda , a grape variety originally from Italy. Here, the Malbec and Bonarda vines benefit from the intense sun of the highlands combined with the beneficial influence of the cold, which descends at night from the Andes Mountains and ensures the freshness of the grapes. Coupled with clay-sandy alluvial soil as well as few pests and vine diseases, the conditions are optimal for viticulture. Malbec grapes are chosen to provide structure and tannins. Bonarda brings freshness and fruit to the blend. The whole is vinified so that the fruity and varietal aspect of the grapes is preserved. This wine offers a seductive expression of spices of all kinds, black berries , veillette , followed by nuances of prunes , cocoa , blackcurrant , blackberries and coffee . The palate is straight and robust and the finish is soft, rounded and well balanced.
