Description of the Cuvée Mercurey Rouge

The Cuvée Mercurey Rouge is made mainly from Pinot Noir, chosen for its ability to finely reflect the specific terroir of Mercurey. This wine is the result of a rigorous selection of the best plots of the estate, benefiting from an ideal microclimate and a rich soil which gives the wine its structure and its aromatic potential. Aged in oak barrels, this Mercurey Rouge combines tradition and modernity to offer a rich and nuanced taste experience.

Aromas of the Cuvée

This Mercurey Rouge seduces with its intense nose of black and red fruits, such as blackcurrant and cherry, enhanced with touches of spices, damp earth and undergrowth, typical of well-ripened Pinot Noir. Aging in oak adds notes of vanilla and toast that complete the complex bouquet of the wine.
