Let's talk little, let's talk wine

The grapes come from vineyards grown near the Etang de Thau (south of Montpellier), located in a formerly volcanic region, just inland from the sea. This region benefits from a particular microclimate, as the proximity of water has a moderating effect on the typically Mediterranean temperatures, allowing for optimal ripening while retaining fresh acidity. The grapes are harvested early in the morning, then the wine is vinified like a classic rosé de presse, with gentle pressing and cold fermentation. This luscious and textured blend of Grenache and Cinsault develops rich flavors of raspberry , tart strawberry , red currant , melon , grapefruit , and mineral nuances .

Thau Coast Spread over 6 communes bordering the north-east of the large salt pond of Thau, the geographical area of Côtes de Thau offers a natural and original mix of sea, ponds, beaches and resinous scrubland soils. It is in this landscape, intertwining the low and open hills bordering the Thau pond, that the winegrowers are established. This aquatic environment softens the harshness of the Mediterranean climate with mild temperatures particularly favorable to the maturation of red and white grape varieties.
