The Cuvée Hautes-Côtes de Beaune La Lave Blanc is made mainly from Chardonnay, from vineyards located in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune. This specific terroir, characterized by its limestone soils and its optimal exposure, gives the wine a distinct minerality and remarkable freshness.
