Torrontes varietal wines

Torrontes is an aromatic white wine from Argentina. It grows particularly well in high altitude vineyards where cooler nighttime temperatures help retain some acidity in this typically low-acid grape and where wines retain greater aromatic definition. The best examples of Argentine Torrontes are almost always crisp and refreshing and impart floral aromas of rose petals, flavors of white peach and lemon zest.
