Billi Billi is a 100% Syrah cuvée produced from a selection of premium vineyards primarily in the Grampians, a cool, mountainous climate zone in regional Victoria . The expressive wine with fresh red and black fruits such as blackcurrant and blackberry. The whole is completed by notes of dark chocolate , black pepper, blue flowers and fragrant spices such as clove and licorice coming from a passage in neutral oak barrels. Finely structured tannins frame this medium-bodied and generous wine, with a balanced and long finish.

Victoria Victoria's wine industry owes its beginnings to the discovery of gold in the 1850s, which led to an influx of settlers from around the world and particularly from Europe. As in the Sierra foothills region of California, these settlers brought vines and know-how from home, establishing a wine industry in the state.
