It is the story of a family, Marianne and Benoît, former Parisians and living at a thousand miles an hour, who decided to leave this crazy urban life to cultivate the Beaujolais terroir with passion and dedication. Loving wines without chemicals, the estate practices organic farming . The soils are enriched with natural cattle composts and no pesticides are used in the vines. The goal is to obtain straight, pure and lively wines. The vines are on steep slopes and facing south, perfect for Chardonnay. A pretty golden color and expressive aromas of white flowers and stone fruits such as apricot , peach and mirabelle plum emanate from the glass. Aging in oak barrels gives it substance and notes of hazelnuts and toasted almonds . It is supple and round with a fine acidity which gives it a beautiful aromatic harmony.
