The SUTTO family has been operating the estate for 3 generations now. The vines are located in the Piave valley, near Treviso . The particularity of the terrain and the proximity to the Adriatic Sea are ideal for the production of quality wines. This vintage is composed of 100% Glera , harvested manually during the 2nd half of September. The mousse is made according to the Charmat method, that is to say during fermentation in stainless steel tanks under pressure. Fermentation is stopped by lowering the temperature. This prosecco reveals notes of ripe apple , pear , melon , quince , white peach , citrus , white flowers , anise and pineapple . The palate is fresh with fine, delicate bubbles and a slightly mineral finish.
